We have had FDC/aerofilter's intake air filters installed on our aircraft for the past two years. We have been extremely please with the reliable performance of the filters. The most immediate benefit that we noticed was a TOT 20 degrees lower than we had ever experienced.

As a primarily agricultural operator, we fly in what would be considered extreme conditions. Prior to installing the filter kits, we replaced the compressor case halves every 300 hours. Since the installation, we have flown over 1000 hrs on each aircraft and have not yet had to replace the case halves on either aircraft. This cost savings alone has more than paid for the filter kits.

We have not yet reached a TBO on any of our engine components, however, I am very confident that we will see a greatly improved cost savings in the overhaul costs.
